Egg Masala Curry Recipe

Egg masala curry is a popular dish in south asia that combines boiled eggs with aromatic spices and a flavorful gravy.It is included in the daily food list of people in different places. Ingredients for Egg Masala curry :

  • Egg- 6 pcs
  • Turmerie powder- 1 tsp
  • Chilis powde- 1 ½ tsp
  • Green chilli- 5-6 pcs
  • Cumin powder- 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Salt- to test
  • Shoyabin oil- 1 cup
  • Onion sliced- 1 cup
  • Cardamom- 6-7 pcs
  • Black pepper powder- 1 ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon- 2 pcs
  • Clove- 5 pcs
  • Garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste- 2 tsp
  • Sour curd- 4 tsp
  • Tomato- 4-5 pcs
  • Hot water- 2.5 cup

Marination For Egg Masala Curry:

Egg- 6 pcs boil egg
Turmerie powder- 1 tsp
Chilis powde- 1 tsp

All these egg curry ingredients should be mixed with 6 of eggs and left for some minutes.

Preparation:

1. For cooking egg curry, first of all take a pan and pour a cup of oil in it and heat the oil. Then fry the eggs lightly in the oil.
2. When the teams are fried thanRemove the eggs.
3. Add a cup of onion in the oil in which the eggs were fried And fry the onions until the onions turn red
4. At this stage, two cinnamon sticks, five cloves, and Six or seven cardamoms should be given and some more time to extract the spices.
5. Then add five or six green chillies for spicy taste.
6. Now mix it well for two to three minutes.
7. At this stage, slowly start removing the oil from the masala.
8. And whenever start without oil from masala, add 2 table spoons of ginger paste and garlic paste.
9. After that again the spices should be fried for 2 or 3 minutes.
10. After this, 4 or 5 pieces of tomato should be added.
11. After adding the tomato, you have to cook it again otherwise the egg test will not be good.
12. A masala paste should be made while the tomatoes are cooking.
13. To prepare the masala paste, add four teaspoons of sour curd, one teaspoon of pepper powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder and salt as needed in a bowl.
14. Than now mix the masala very well.
15. At this stage it will be seen that the tomato is cooked very well.
16. Now add the spice mixture to the cooked tomatoes.
17. After adding the spice mixture, it should be cooked well again.
18. After cooking the mixture for one to two minutes, you will see that the oil has released from the masala.
19. After removing the oil from the masala, add enough water to it.
20. Boiled eggs should be added to the masala shortly after adding water.
21. At this stage, cover the pan with a lid and cook the eggs well for three to four minutes.
22. At this stage we have reached the very end of cooking, and to finish cooking, sprinkle some garam masala powder and green chillies over the egg curry.
